Welcome to THE STATE OF CHEESE! The HUB International Wisconsin wine and cheese tasting and pairing stage is located directly in the trade show. It’s the perfect addition to the Wisconsin’s Master Cheese Reception, hosted by Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin. This space has seating for roughly 30 attendees and cocktail tables in the back. There is a smaller elevated stage for our cheese expert!
Join Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin as we further explore THE CHEESE LIFE with cheese education, pairing ideas, fun facts and more! Sessions are repeated on the half hour prior to dinner starting at 5 p.m.
About the presenter: Angie Edge has worked for the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin for 18 years and is passionate about telling dairy farmer stories and promoting Wisconsin Cheese. On behalf of Wisconsin’s dairy farmers, she has done cheese demonstrations, tastings and pairings at national tradeshows, local events and regularly scheduled TV appearances. #ProudlyWisconsin
